I need help (step by step) in adding or creating an additional Links & Resources Pages. I have tried to create a Links & resources page 2 from "Content Management" and Folder: "Resources" and "add new page" what is the next step to add to the admin area or the Business Control Center for me to adding Links.

Secondly, my site is Singlesfriends.Singlescrowd.com. There are some Webmasters or website owners have had rejected my link exchange with them reason "singlescrowd.com" link(s) is not allow on their site. I can only guest these Webmasters are an unhappy former WDP and Associates, but why?

Does anyone here have this experience?
