Hi all
i'm not sure exactly what to select in themember criteria or how to do it. Does it all get selected up to the top box by clicking the UP purple arrow?
In particular I would liketo delete certain countries.

how to set up member filters?

If you wish not to include something you do not need to select this. When filters are not set up and everything is white in your admin then all the criteria are enabled on default. Once you have created a filter and specified the criteria you need then only those (highlighted) criteria are applied.

Also, after you have your countries and ages picked in the filters, scroll to the top and click off RESTRICT. Without doing that you/your members will continue to get emails from members from other sites from all the countries that you filtered out! I have restricted mine and yes, it cuts down on the amount of people that they can chose from but I think its quality of member contact not quantity that we should be giving our members.

Thoughts?
