Still no member details though on any of my sites

I still frequently cannot access the admin area. It keeps timing out and showing no page to display. Can something be done about this please?

It's been a little slow but i've managed to get on ok.

Maybe they're doing server upgrades or something.

That seems to be sorted now, but I am unable to access the Member Demographics nor Marketing statistics for my Indian Dating site.
Can you help please Tim or Lisa?
