Hand full of basic questions, and other problems as an affiliate, that keep going invisible to staff here, so how does a real, full member get an answer?

I still have to quote my old posts and say forum support is very poor, but I dont blame the staff we see now and then, If (IF) wdp is so big, why no 24/7 forum support ?

You can always send an e-mail to us using your Support Request form in the admin if you require an immediate answer, and you will be answered within 24 hours.

The forum is more about exchanging views with the other partners, sharing marketing experience, and not just a support instrument, so just fire off your questions to me using the support form, and you'll get all the answers asap.
