Pre designed means you are using a template that wdp offers. Did you try to open the url? If you are transferring your own domain it could take a while when its online.

Yes, this is right and the status of the site can be checked in your admin. When a site is activated in the system, its status will be changed to 'Active' (this is updated once 24 hours)
