I am experiencing problems with sending PMS via this forum. Have tried it from two different pc's and internet connections but it won't send out any PM's.

Hi Laura,

Weird. Because it just keeps on loading when I try to send the message and it doesn't get displayed as send in the send box.

Hello ceecee4127,

Asking the question that is not relevant to the thread theme is not the best way to get the answer quickly.

The blocks can be changed through the Front Page Layout option if theWYSIWYG editor was enabled. (please before making any changes please go to the Site Setting and male sure that this editor is switched on).

In the Front Page Layout there are special guide lines that help you to see what block is editable. To change it to something new please select Change and then try different blocks. After you found what you needed, please approve the layout and it wil go live on your site. For more detailed answer please contact the Support team.

I have had the same issue, when I try to send a PM it just hangs- this has been happening since around 16 april as far as I remember.

Still having the same problem today- not sure if the PM's are actually sent- but I get no confirmation and the screen hangs on "send"


Tried different PC's , browsers and cleared history,caches to no avail

It has actually been happening since November last Year, which was the first time I noticed it. Very frustrating isn't it!!!!!!
