Hope someone can help.

I'm in the process of customising my front page. Is there a way to embed to the js-script for the flash in the page or is there an area in my account for me to host files. I would also like to host the image files for my custom home page. My gallery will also need cross domain access. What domain should this refer to if i am using your service?
