Where can I fully customize (change backgroung color, change pictures etc.) on Registration pages?

Have not yet seen a way to do this with the WDP Pre-designed templates.

All pre-designed site are ready to use sites that are standarrd in their features. A partner can edit the site and change its look (front page - completely, inside pages - partially) and member audience.
