Hi biggrin.gif

After a few hours playing with this childs toy, i've now come to the conclusion that either it's not IE7 compatible or just isn't workable.

To have to go round the earth to meet the moon then wait for approval seems a bit much. (lifes too short)

As most people know, link sites do not link to links pages and very few people ever view them.

Is it possible to add banner links in the footer without standing on one leg whilst trying to tuck the otherone up my backside and trying to work out the meaning of life? huh.gif

Edit: Ok found out how to add footer links but waiting for everything to be approved is too time consuming as it takes time to tweak sites.
Your work loads must be immense reviewing changes, surely there is a more grown up way of allowing edits.
To get sites live and linked is gonna be a full time job.
Tim
We had been forced to moderate html changes because it is too easy to fall foul of people who abuse the system. Unfortunately a growing issue on the internet.

However, we are to aware of of the inconvience of this to both partners and our moderators. We are making updates to the system so all changes are post, not pre-moderated.

Changes will be instant in the near future. In the mean time I urge you to be patient. Where possible make changes locally then upload/make changes through your admin. We do check aregularly and it should not be more than a few hours before we approve anything.

Thanks for your reply Tim,

It was just a little frustrating trying to get things listed as some adult search engines spider the sites for their recips.

This world is full of idiots who try ruining things for everyone else by their lack of intelligence, my spam filter is evidence of that. laugh.gif

Would it be possible in the future update to have a html editor just for the footer?
It would make life easier organising links and banner exhanges into tidy groups instead of being stacked.

Many thanks,
Bob.

Hi Robert.

If you name your banner "footer" you can use your own html in it and it apears at the bottom of your index page after approval.

Cheers

Steve

Hiya Steve,

Yeah i'm finally getting the hang of things laugh.gif

I've knocked up a table for most of the links in an external editor and pasted them that way.

Promotion being a 24/7 job, the delay on approval can make life awkward but i'm glad to hear they're working on it.

Cheers,
Bob.
