On one of my site MerseysdeDating.com the new members have stopped showing and it simply say "No members" however on my other site worcestershiredating.com is shows the members? I haven't changed the code the members have just gone.

Anyone got any ideas?

Ahhhhhhh, the perils of "looking for..." in member critera. The filter you have selected has resulted in 0 members hence the no members

This is becasue looking for criteria is optional, many people will not fill in these details. Put yourself in their place, they are from merseyside, they assume they want to date someone in merseyside, in liverpool, in st helens , in birkenhead etc but they dont need to put this as they will be searching for people, so they will only search in the area they are looking for. They dont see the other side of the coin, that people will be looking for them, if they are interested in meeting someone from London.

My suggestion remove the looking for criterea (delete the filter completely and then do a new one) it will take 24 hours to update.

You also only need to select the things you want to restrict, i notice you selected all of the peferences at the top, you dont need to do this and the system sees you have not selected any so includes all of them, if you had selected one it would be different.
