When you want to place a link, say like on Craigslist, which link do I use? Do I use the worlddatingpartners.com...PARTNER ID# or do I just use my website url?

If you are promoting your dating site just the URL of your site, as it is "your" site the commision will be tracked back to you. If you want to pronmote the World Dating Partners platform then you use the other link.
