The same people will come up, it will show the latest members. It will change but not right away

As patsy said those members will change as we get more members photos that meet your site member criteria approved.

And do we have the capability to edit the styles/colours of this block as I'm in the process of redesigning my front page and would like to make the look and feel of these blocks more consistent with my colours?
