When a member is concverted to a paying member, does their picture automatically gets loaded on the "front page: featured members pane" or do they have to ask that it be done?

They only go on the front page if they meet certain criteria, front pages are generally new members rather than featured and are selected to make the site as attractive as possible.

Thanks Dan, how exactly are new memebrs then featured on the front page? Do I have to do that manually from my control panel? I haven't seen any new members featured on the window in the front page yet? In fact, there same pictures that was there since the site started, are still there?

Out moderators do this you dont need to worry about it, email with the details of the site and ill look into it it could be you have a very specific niche.
