Greetings,

I had been on the wire payment option, until the 1000 was put into place. Then I began getting checks. Well, that is okay, except I keep getting paid in GBP currancy and I am in the United States and the currancy needs to be USD.

It is a real hassle to get a bank to convert to a currancy that is not local. I used to be paid USD when checks were cut. How do I get it changed to have the GBP coverted to USD when you cut the check?

Please Advise.

Thanks...
Mary

Hey Mary

Rather have your bank convert it than having WDP bank convert it, because it will cost you more if WDP bank converts it... Good luck

There is a problem with that. Every day the conversion is different, you can lose between the time that WDP receives the money to the time that we are cut a cheque. If the Pound drops we get less as North Americans that is when you run into problems.

Patsy... that is another problem.. when I cash it, it is less then when they cut it. I am frustrated because... payments used to be quite a bit more. They direct deposited it for some time after there was an issue with Paypal (which was appreciated)...

Plus... it makes it difficult to use the admin to recall payments... when what I get, isn't what is posted in those stats, as far as taxes.

Any ideas?

Cheers...
Mary
