How to create your own membership newsletter?
This allows you to send personalised newsletters to your members

? Access your homepage on your admin area at http://worlddatingpartners.com.
? Click on the link CREATE MEMBER NEWSLETTER
? Select the options/ fields that you wish to incorporate in your newsletter i.e. type of membership - so you might only want to send it to gold members, member age ? you may only want it to be sent to 18 to 30 year olds, geographical groups ? you might only want to send our newsletter to certain countries, member sex ? only females, and the website you wish want to send the newsletter from.
? Write the subject of the newsletter and the body of the newsletter.
? You can change the font, colour, style, size, add pictures etc.
? Select the MACRO use wish to put in the newsletter (a MACRO is an automated single computer instruction that makes a series of instructions for a large scale, scope or capability).
? Click CHECK (this will show how many newsletters will be sent).
? An amount will shown by the CHECK link
? After you are satisfied click SUBMIT

Can you review what your email will look like or send a test email before sending to the entire databse of members, especially when the html can be in accurate or have errors.

At the moment I can think of this quick way of checking. Register a member on your site from say Antarctica, and then send a test newsletter to the Antarctica members (I am sure there won't be any serious members rather than you on your site from there).

You will receive it in your mailbox and will be able to preview and check over before sending out to the members.

And the second thing - normally our coder from moderation team checks all the newsletters' code before they go out.
