Hi Everyone,

We have had a few post recently that go along the lines of "I emailed support and have not had a responce" There are various reasons for this, one example is that partners often use customer support (for the dating sites) rather than partner support. Any how if you have problem in the first instance please contact me directly. I'm not trying to silence anybody, if you speak to me and you are still not happy (giving reasonable time, remembering we work 9-5 GMT Monday to Friday) then feel free to post on the forum, it will just prevent unjust "bad press" because this forum is indexed by google.

And please also remember that if you submit your enquiry through partner support form it is answered within 24 hours as Technical Support works 24/7 including weekends and bank holidays!

Yeah sorry let me clear that up, in the first instance you should contact Partner Support as Lisa said they are available 24/7/365. If you have any problems after doing that then contact me before posting on the forum.
