My brother and I have WDP sites, and his last payment bounced. I got a feeling mine is going to bounce too. Could someone please give me a contact number to sort this out. I go to My Sites -> Manage and there is no "Front Page Layout" button.

I go to Site Site Settings and click "HTML Editor" then save and it saves. When I go back to Site Settings it still says WYSWIG Editor like I never saved it!

I also had to pay now to get official bank papers from WDP's bank what really happend. What now? Do I need to resend old cheques or what???? It is terrible.

Why WDP cannot pay thru bank transfer. It is NONSENSE, EVERY company can do this easily over 200 USD/GBP/EUR.
From now I want my money thru direct bank transfer! Send my payments thru direct bank transfer over 200 and if you want charge it with 20 GBP but cheques ARE TERRIBLE AND NO WAY FOR FUTURE!!!

Just got the wdp newsletter regarding the banner program, although the letter was very detailed i am still a little confused

Could someone help me out please

1. Is this introduction for the new free dating site portal or banners for all our paid sites as well
2. You mention the following "Adult banners on my dating site? Never! " Most of my sites are in the adult dating niche so risqué banners not adult banners would be fine and acceptable - what type of banners are going on the adult dating sites, if indeed they are?
3. When are we likely to see some revenue from this 1 week - 1 month - 3 months time ? - I can't see any additional sections in the wdp control panel - whats the plan ?

One last question that is not related is

4. I have created some new sites in the "free dating portal" -
a) When can we expect to see some revenue from these sites ?

I would like to change the colour scheme / template for my new free dating site, currently i can not do this via the usual method of -> site settings -> colour scheme - When can i expect to be able to do this

Please allow me to introduce myself and ill get to the questions soon (if you’re still reading)
I’ve been trying to teach myself a little about designing and publishing a website with the thought of setting up a dating website for adults with learning disabilities (I work in this field). I stumbled across the WDP program on my quest for learning material and thought it would be an excellent opportunity for me to learn and hopefully earn, but alas ive fallen at the first hurdle. My first question is this:-

1. When on step 4 "Meta tags" in the keywords box, am I entering a list of keywords that will help search engines find my site. Also, in the description box am I entering a complete description of my site and what it can offer.

2. I have bought myself a domain name and would really appreciate some step by step instructions on how to include this on my WDP site.

I apologise for asking some really simple questions (and I feel there will be more at a later date) but would appreciate your replies.

P.S I have posted this message once already but think i put it in the wrong place.

If you search on google ( dating 40, or dating 40 plus, 40 plus dating, 40 plus date etc) you will find us on top search page. We are a cobranded site and you might ask why then i want to sell it. Well, i am an entrepreneur and want to move on . It is missing pictures and just looks bad. Not sure why, so I changed the theme to something different and it has been days and it still hasn't changed. Why?

Also, I went to the member filters section and I selected my niche groups. I think I did it all right but how do i know if it has been changed? When I go to the homepage I only see that bad page with missing pictures. The site looks awful

Once I upload my splash page/landing page what do i do with it after that? I took off the html settings and then went to front page layout. All I see is html code and I have NO IDEA WHERE to put this page

My Goal:

I just really want to see the site up and running in the next week so I can fully promote it. I would normally like a fairly quick launch but this process is going on and on and on.

The only reason I tried to use the custom box was that in the WYSIWYG editor for the new fetish template there are large sections of the page that are suppose to be editable but are not, including the text block that describes your service and its header. For example, it now welcomes users with the precise words "Welcome to Sitename.com" rather than your site name and there is no guide lines around the object or change/edit link.

Another significant problem is the new members pictures that even for a Adult fetish criteria is producing 80% male profiles images that would be more at home on Friend Finder and I can't really see the current set of images attracting anyone but maybe the occasional passing librarian that thinks showing a bit of ankle on a first date is going a bit far.

On some of the established templates, I'm also unable to edit blocks that don't contain existing content. So for example, the banner area on the index page cannot be edited. The is a change link there which opens a box which won't let me do anything with it! There is no edit link and so there are blocks defined on some templates that cannot be changed which seems a bit odd to me.

I cannot get these new templates to function at all and they just don't seem that flexible

Can anybody explain to me, on my admin area where it shows my commison, there are three blocks- USD, GBP and ZAR. Each of these shows the different amounts. If I ad them all up I get over R 1 500 ZAR wich is the minumum to receive a cheque.

How do these blocks work then, does it mean that each block is the actual commison or is it just the ZAR block that shows the actual commison including the other currencies already converted?

If so, I need to know: I have 15 Gold members signed up, 1 platinum and two new signups, but the commison amount stays the same?

Also, how do I submit a remittance for pay out then?

What are the filters?
Criteria that you set to only allow member of your choice to be on your dating site

Reasons for using filters
There is nothing wrong with having general filters set to show all members on our data base for each of the portals, Just leave then blank if you want to add everybody.
However if you have a URL like http://www.disabledatingusa.com it is in your interests to have the correct filter in place for the internet traffic you’re promoting, having the right members when the surfers land on your front page or start searching is important as well!

When do you set these members filters
The filters can be set up during the site registration or they can be fully changed after your site goes live.

Types of filters
We offer you two types of filters, members filters and looking for filters, these filters take 24 hour to set once they have been created or changed.

Members filters (Member Criteria)
The filters are here for you to use to set the members that appear on your dating site.
The filters can be set to cover every member from our data base on the portal you are choosing or can be set to create a very tight niche

Looking for filters (Looking For Critaria)
These filters set the type of person that the member’s of your site will be looking for.

Filter campaigns
You can set just one filter or you can set multiple filters for you dating site

Lesson one

Creating your first members filters while building your dating site.
Single filter campaign explained for http://www.disabledatingusa.com

Step 1
Give the filter a name

Step 2
Click preferences, this will open up a whole range of choices

Step 3
Click state of health, this will now open a whole range individual filters just for this primary filter. Now simply choose the type of disability you would like to promote to your internet traffic. This is done by clicking on the required filter name and then clicking the purple down arrow just below this filter box.

Step 4
Choose the sex of the member, if you want both men and woman click Not Important. If you just want men or woman then click the men or woman option.

Step 5
This is where you choose the sexual orientation of the members that are going to show, it’s down to you to choose or just click not important

Step 6
This is where you choose the country that the members on your dating site will come from, you will see you can also select the region and even the city or town.

Word of caution

If you make all the choice too tight i.e. people in a wheel chair with a speech impediment and having Parkinson’s disease in your town
then there could be very few members showing on your site, better to keep these filters as big as possible, this will allow your visiting traffic the ability to find someone.

Step 7
Follow all the above steps but this time for the filters on the left of the screen looking for criteria these filters will set what type of person the set members are looking for. Remember not to set these to tight, as it will affect the number of member loaded on your dating site.

Final step
Click Approve and save

Changing your filters after your site goes live

If you need to change the members filter after your site is live please follow these simple steps

1) Log in to your admin panel
2) Click the number next to the word my sites
3) This page will now refresh and give you all the site you have built under your account now click the word manage for the site you want to edit

4) The page will refresh again and you will have the master link to check or edit your chosen dating site, click members criteria

5) This page will now refresh and you will be on the member filter setting page.

Lesson two

How and why you could use multiple filters.
So why would you need to use multiple filters? Well as a good example let’s look at one of our partners sites http://www.toyboyclub.com
This branded dating site is targeted for older woman looking for younger men; to do this properly you do need to use two independent filter campaigns

Filter campaign 1
Member’s filters: set to show woman over 40 Looking for filter: set to be looking for younger men

Filter campaign 2
Member’s filters: members filter to show young men Looking for filter: set to be looking for older woman

Well done! It wasn’t as hard as you thought, was it?
So now you have a dating site that has target members actually looking for the same thing as the traffic you are going to send to it.

This will work if you set them for men looking to date woman from China or single parent dads looking for single parent mums.
Now you have an understanding of how to use the filters to your advantage, remember keep the filters a wide as possible and if you’re not happy, you can change them just give then 24 hour to refresh.

Restricted Audience

You can add your site to the group of the sites with the same filters so your members can communicate to the members from other sites with similar interests or geographical locations.

Please note, if you use a specific niche, it may happen that there are no sites with the same criteria and your members will be restricted to the ones on your site only.

Please do not hesiatate to contact the Support team to get the advice on this before applying ‘Restricted Audience’ option to your site.

It has been discussed for a bit. But, I have had trouble receiving checks recently and it is a real hassle to try to cash a check in another currancy. Plus, they keep a percentage of the check for the fee. I noticed people had discussed Paypal and other options as far back as 2007. What has been determined to be an alternative to it all. Is it possible for WDP to convert funds to our own currancy? Like USD for the US, instead of their own currancy?

This function also NEED URGENTLY:

- Easily change all pictures and content without any programming.
- Option to full control members. For. ex. if I have an asian dating site DO NOT SHOW european people on the frontpage as a members. Lots of valuable visitors loosing because of this and do not worth to take to much marketing effort until this does not have as an option.

I´m trying to launch a Dating Site in Spanish language and have some probs with it:

1.) The Main Site Template still appears in English. How can I change this?

2.) Wether I changed what I could into Spanish, there are still many things in English in the content. What´s wrong?

3.) The fake-members there, Latinos, have all their profiles in English

Any chance to get "real" Latinos?

4.) Adult sites: I saw on some of the templates above "EN, DE, ES" I guess that means the user can chose between English, Deutsch and Espanol. But when it comes to the site settings I can´t chose Spanish. Why?

Please note, that the vast majority of Latins don´t speak a single English word, so it is absolutely necessary to make everthing in Spanish. They should feel at home to upgrade in masses

A code is produced for HTML however it bears no resemblance to the text I have inputted. I thought it would create code that I could cut and paste into those directories that permit insertion of a banner.

I have worked hard on my sites some do need a little more work, but I have several online companies I work with other than dating, I feel I bring thousands of hits monthly to WDP and even my own cross sales I added have been remove. This is the first time I have really been upset enough to call it quits.

Another company has offered to buy the domains, maybe it is time just to sell out.

I guess WDP doesn't really want White label affiiates, but website clones like AdultfriendFinder.

What I want to do is make a site, where all the members belong to a certain fanbase. For example, so that all the members on my site are fans of the same author etc.

I've tried going into "member criteria", adding a new filter at the top and clicking "approve and save", but I can't see what difference that makes to my site. I don't see that filter anywhere on the registration page... it's still just the normal registration and there is nowhere that a new member has to select my added filter.
What am I missing? How do I make my site exclusive to my niche?

So I decided to try my naughty hand at the adult industry. Weird, but lucritive me thinks. A little about my background situation. I have a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, I know nothing about programing and HTML makes me feel like a monkey looking at a Chinese Algebra problem. So, I spent money on Dreamweaver, some SEO optimization software, put aside some dough for my marketing campaign, researched my keywords and have prepared blog articles with imbedded keywords, set about my press release, did up my pamphlets and all physical related adverts, set aside a budget for the local newspaper's ads, and bought two cases of soda because I'm going to be here for a while.

So my problem comes down in that I have Dreamweaver hoping it will help a person such as myself, who is suffering from a strong case of anal cranial inversion syndrome, but I am hitting a bit of a brick wall. So, I know how to change the view from WYISBLAHBLAH!3NUMBER view to the HTML view. What I don't know is that if I muck around with Dreamweaver, drag and dropping all my wonderous items, will that mess up the interface of the website. Since I don't have control over the inner pages, I want to make sure the front page will work just fine for the rest of the site, not only that but I want to know how to link to other pages. What I mean by that is I saw someone else had a blog post that their main page went to that was within the confines of the site itself. Is there a way to add more pages to the website? Not only that, but I am also a little confused about the partner program. So let's say Jim-Bob has his own website, and I have my own website, me linking up with Jim-Bob is a partner program? Or is the person who signs up with WDP under my refferal link a partner to me? Also, if someone has any complaints on the site, do I have an admin email, or are all communications handled via WDP?

Also, good marketing says people like free stuff. Do I have the ability to hold competitions via the site and offer promotional items? Say like jewelry or giftcards? Or is that sort of thing explicitly off limits and only at the sole discretion of WDP. I would be paying for all the promotional items, but I was curious as to what level of involvement I would be taking besides mass marketing. One thing I was considering is also opening the serious dating site for weddings and stuff. I have access to a guy who can get me high quality diamonds and other such gems so that people who use the site and get married or engaged can contact me and I can send them a diamond for the wedding ring, or some other such promotional gift. A coupon for TGIF for the honeymoon, WOO!!!

Can a blog be added to the site, or does the news function on the main site work as the blog? Because I think adultlivecams.blogspot.com is a bit disgusting and may turn people off. Though realistically I suppose I could open another domain and set that up as the blog, but that's tedious and if I can find a shorter route, then fantastic.

I just opened an account, and tried to explore pre-designed templates and how site creation takes place within your system. As a result I registered couple of test sites just to see the look and feel of the layouts, but did not see any button to remove/delete those sites from my account. So, just wondering how can I remove unwanted sites.

Now unless I am being totally stupid its asking my sub partner to promote one of WDP's own sites with his affiliate link.

It puts WDP in direct competition with its partners and encourages sub partners that we recruit to work on WDP behalf.

I would like to know how WDP justifies this
